At Grido, we design, manufacture, assemble, and ship all of our products on a made-to-order basis from our small studio in Bangalore, India. Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:

Made-to-Order: Every item is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.
Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to design, assemble, and prepare your order before shipping. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping From: All orders are shipped directly from our Bangalore studio.
Domestic Shipping (India): We offer reliable shipping across India. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and chosen service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
