Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Grido. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain products are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

    • Intimate or sanitary goods

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Some health and personal care items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@grido.in or log in to your Grido account and visit our Returns Portal. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

After your return is approved, you’ll be given instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued for the price of the product; shipping charges are typically non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@grido.in.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned.

  • Items returned not in their original condition, or returned more than 30 days after delivery, may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for a resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For other returns, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
